the UK. This allows us to give a discount and the price you see includes carriage.
How we secure your information
Once you have chosen a product to purchase and confirmed that the order is correct,
you will see a button 'Proceed to Secure Payment'. Once you have clicked this
button, you order details are transferred to the WorldPay secure server and at this point
you should see the familiar padlock icon ( )in your web browser, assuring you that communications to and from your web browser are now encrypted and secured from prying eyes.

Delivery
Where goods are out of stock, we will email you with expected delivery dates
and provide the option to wait or cancel the order. Our stoves are available
from stock and are normally despatched the next working day using a three day
carriage service. Items such as our fire baskets are manufactured to order and
are normally ready for despatch in 7 to 10 days.
The delivery cost will either be included in the article price or be clearly
shown in the total to pay before you proceed to the payment server.
Refunds
Where the ordered goods are not available for delivery within 28 days, Emsworth Fireplaces will offer a full refund of all monies paid. Where goods arrive damaged, we will offer a choice of full refund or replacement goods provided that you, the customer, have informed Emsworth Fireplaces of the problem within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Where goods are returned as unsuitable, a full refund will be offered, less our carriage costs.
